Mr. Nevers—a former Cable & Wireless engineer — is founder and CEO of Konnexx Services Limited, which delivers advanced telecom, renewable energy, and industrial network solutions. The company has moved from a net loss in its first year of operation to annual revenues of over $20 million USD.

Mr. Nevers is an advocate for gender diversity in ICT engineering who has implemented a mandate that women fill half his company’s management roles. Apart from providing significant Caribbean employment, he also provides technical training and leadership development to marginalized youth through the Konnecting Minds Outreach Program.

He has already been awarded the Order of Distinction by the Government of Jamaica for his contribution to job creation and the telecoms sector.
